Drop a rate con, tender or Shipment Request here
Any broker's rate con or shipper's tender — PDF, scan or phone photo. Drop the rate con and the dispatch sheet together (TQL) and they read as one load. The reader fills the whole load and marks anything to check. Review before booking.

Clients & Leads

Your clients and the companies you're chasing. Each one belongs to a single agent — everyone can see who has it, nobody sees inside it.

Accounts outside your book show the owner and last ship date only. An account with no load in 6 months, or a claim older than 90 days, opens up to anyone.

What needs attention

Billing Readiness — money to invoice, docs to attach

POD chase — delivered, money stuck behind paperwork

Money — QuickBooks and Strato Pay, wired to GR’s own accounts, nothing crossed with EFS

Margins & Rate per Mile

Monthly P&L — revenue → carrier pay → commissions → Denim fees → overhead → operating profit

Operating Expenses — the overhead no load carries: insurance, software, payroll. Enter each once; it accrues itself monthly.

Brokerage Authority Compliance

Filings that suspend a broker's authority if they lapse — alerts light up 30 days out, red inside 15.

Generational Run

The asset side of the house — trucks, trailers, drivers and their settlements. Same desk, same look; GR loads live on the Board like everything else, billed under GR paper.

Every file as a grid · set a date or attach a scan in any cell
Safety desk · roadside inspections, CSA points by driver and BASIC, DataQs
Accident register & claims · every incident the way 390.15 asks, the claim on the same row

Planner — trucks by day; the gaps are the money you did not make

Loads — columns by what has happened, not by what was typed

Loads — one line a load; click a line to open it

Records — the full tables behind Fleet: VINs, dates, PM settings, work orders, tread, gear counts

Trucks & trailers

Drivers — GR company drivers; their CDL scans live in cloud document storage

Driver scorecard — the last 90 days, ranked: on time, paperwork in, Samsara pre-trips, defects, MPG, idle, Samsara’s safety score

Lease owners — trucks leased on to GR, their drivers, the lease’s pay, charge-backs and escrow

Pay rules — standing deductions, reimbursements, who is 1099

Home time — asked from the app, answered here, greyed on the planner

Seats — who is in which unit, and when; a truck marked down moves its people to the loaner

Training acknowledgements — securement, tarping, coils, chain-up, hours, accidents, the handbook; signed from the app

Coaching — each Samsara coaching session opens a row; write what was said and how it ended

Signed forms — policies and gear issued, sent to the driver’s Samsara app; the signed copy files itself here

Retention signals — flag a driver before the two-week notice

Driver Settlements — the weekly history imported from the old GR TMS

Truck P&L — every truck its own money file; the fleet is the sum of the trucks

Cost & Break-even — your cost-per-mile config from the old GR TMS, run against the real book

Fuel & IFTA — log every pump stop; the quarter rolls itself up by state

Driver Settlements

When a load is invoiced it files into the driver's settlement for that delivery week (Mon–Sun). Review, adjust, finalize.

House fleet — Generational Run

When EFS gives a load to your own trucks it's booked to GR at an arm's-length transfer price — what an outside carrier would have been paid. EFS margin, agent commissions, and every report stay apples-to-apples; GR's truck margin and the consolidated number show separately on the load.

Operating radius — Generational Run

The Progressive policy covers 500 miles from where the trucks are garaged. The TMS measures every GR load and truck against it.

Migrate from QuoteFactory

Export from QuoteFactory: Shipments, the Commissions report, Customers, and Carriers (CSV). Drop all four here — I'll figure out which is which — then Analyze to see exactly what will come over before anything is written.

Close out old receivables — loads still Delivered or Invoiced that were settled somewhere else

Equipment Types

Billing Settings

Invoices take the load's number \u2014 load EFS-1042 bills as invoice #1042. The fallback above is only used if a load has no number or that invoice number is already taken. Renumber resets every load from a starting number you choose and re-matches invoice numbers \u2014 use it to tidy up test data before going live, not after invoices have gone out.

Used automatically on every invoice for a customer marked Factor with Denim. Pre-filled from Denim's Notice of Assignment; leave blank to use those defaults, or paste updates here — the payment address / ACH instructions and the assignment language. The EFS remit line above is replaced by this block so the customer pays Denim, not EFS.

Companies — the two authorities this desk bills under. A load follows its customer's company; every rate con, BOL and invoice prints that company's letterhead, MC and remit.

Energy Freight Solutions uses the Billing Settings above. Generational Run lives here.

Connections — QuickBooks, Ramp and Samsara for both companies, each on its own login

Samsara — what Generational Run’s Samsara plan lets the TMS read, checked twice a day

Migrate from Generational Run — one-time: pick the gr-tms-backup .json export. Money and customers land now; trucks, drivers, settlements and document scans follow in Phase B.

Weekly Digest

Email yourself the alert feed — overdue invoices, expiring docs, PM & filings due — so the important stuff finds you.

Sends on demand now. Want it to fire automatically every Monday? That needs a small scheduled function on Supabase — say the word and I'll set it up.

Text Line — Go-Live Check — the A2P 10DLC campaign, the number, the webhooks, the consent ledger

Asks Twilio and the consent ledger the questions you would otherwise click through the console to answer. Sends nothing. Each line says what to do if it is red.

Text Message (SMS) Test — find out exactly why texts aren't going out

Sends one test text through Twilio and shows the raw response. Use your own cell first.

Email Function Test — which actions the send-mail function accepts

Sends nothing. It asks the function which action names it understands, so “unknown action” stops being a guessing game.

Team Notifications

Email your team what's pertinent to their role — overdue AR, loads to invoice or cover, expiring docs — even when they're away from the software. Runs on a schedule once set up; hit Send now to test.

Sends each teammate their current pertinent items.

Customer Portal Access

Give a customer contact their own login to see their shipments, BOLs, and invoices at tms.energyfreightsolutions.com/portal.html. They sign in with a one-time emailed code — no password.

This must match a redirect URL allowed in Supabase → Authentication, or the sign-in link will bounce.

Publishes every load for portal customers so they show up in their login.

Sync Doctor — does this desk actually receive the company data

It runs by itself after every sign-in.

Credit Limits — per-customer limits live on the customer file

Every load that isn't Paid counts against the customer's limit. One email goes out when a customer crosses the warn line, another if they go over; it re-arms once they drop back under. Over-limit bookings ask for an override and log who approved it.

Late Paperwork Deductions — the clause printed on the rate con is built from these numbers

Rate Confirmation — carrier-facing defaults and terms & conditions

Carrier Updates — geofence + ETA driven check calls

Ground Control Alerts — house-account loads pushed to the team the moment they are booked

Access & Roles — who can sign in, and what they can see

Our Paperwork — what new customers ask us for. Upload once, send from any account.

Integrations

Notifications & the owner’s week — a tap when the desk is closed; Monday’s report by email

Team Accounts — create & manage logins right here (admins only)

Driver accounts: after creating, also put the same email on their Fleet profile so Send to Driver routes loads to them.

QuickBooks Sync

Invoices push from the invoice view (⬆ Push to QuickBooks). Refresh Payments marks TMS loads Paid when QuickBooks shows a zero balance. GR's books stay separate from EFS.

The Crew

Every automated job in both companies, as the staff it is: what each one did today, what it was worth, and who it handed work to. Lines on the map light up when one agent passes a load to the next. Click anyone to see their shift log and leave them a note.
